“Placed an order for pickup the woman on the phone was super friendly and same when I came in to pick it up the pork cheese curry was so good. I will definitely be back soon to try more.”
“From a life-long non-vegan.... This place is excellent and I highly recommend opening your mind, and appetite to give it a try. Went for a bite after the Kidney Walk on a Sunday. Great seats on the patio, dog friendly. Had a caramel macchiato cinnamon bun (whaaat, honestly one of the best I've had, not sure what the 'cream cheese icing' was.. but it was bomb), and a sunrise breakfast burger (a runny 'yolk' and 'sausage' patty that was exploding with flavour!).
Go here. Do it. We'll be back.”
“Coming from the Coast of BC, I am use to very good Shashimi and Sushi restaurants. Coming to the Okanagan was a bit to get use to. The food was good, but it wasnt always great. Going to Kojo's our first time over 7 years ago was Stupendous. I have eaten Shashimi in some great places in SanDiego, Seattle, Vancouver and now Penticton. Kojo's I give you 6*s out of 5”

“Always my go to for fast, hot, and delicious pizza that is also great value for the money. Always a great selection of ready made pizza by the slice, but whole pizzas are great for feeding the whole family, and also ready in a short time. Great downtown Penticton location.”

“Wow! We just got back from our first time trying, and we will 100% be back!!! The portions are filling and the prices are incredibly reasonable!!! Everything was delicious. The restaurant is beautiful and welcoming. The staff were also so kind. Too freaking good.”
“Oh my goodness! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This restaurant is sooo amazing, from the food to the workers.
Honestly,I grew up on eating Chinese food and there is not many places that serve tasty dishes.
And the staff were so welcoming.
The servers were super, super busy, but always had a smile on their faces.
Also, the taste of the food was beyond amazing.
Best Chinese food I've had in years.
Plus, they are of Christian faith which is very important to me.
They left inspirational bible quotes.”
“Love Angry Vegan! My fav is the latino pizza! Absolutely amazing smoothies and juices too! My fav is the detox shot! 🤤 their pasta salad is so creamy, I always order the larger size so I can have seconds! And I don’t forget to order the brownie or banana bread for dessert. Shop local support local! 100% penticton owned and operated!”
“One of our favourite places in Penticton! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the aesthetic is such a vibe. There really isn't anywhere else quite like it.
The pizza is amazing when the food truck isn't open, and everything from the Elma food truck is delicious. The beer is fantastic, with lots of unique and experimental flavours that make it fun to try something new! They also have plenty of great options for people who don't drink beer.
They host comedy nights sometimes too, which are always such a fun time. Whether you're stopping in for a drink, food, or an event, I can't recommend Tin Whistle enough!”

“My friend and I were interested in planing a silent disco to celebrate our birthdays. We booked DJ Shakes, but still needed a venue. He suggested we contact Salty’s. From the initial phone call to the big night, Celeste was on it! We decided to have a signature cocktail and we were greeted with this awesome sign upon arrival. Thank you to all the staff working that night for making our 50 plus 5 bash unforgettable!”
“Originally the stunning property was an apricot orchard owned by the pioneering Riddle family in the early 1900’s. Joining that spirit were Vera and Bohumir Klokocka arriving from Czechoslovakia to purchase in 1979 and plant their dream vines in 1984. Next, creation of the beautifully rustic European grist mill design timber frame we see today all laden with white pine and Douglas fir beams truly transports you to the historic countryside still preserved. Carry on to present, Award winning Veteran winemaker Kathy Malone (Calona Vineyards, Mission Hill, ) dazzles you with her terroir driven, minimal intervention portfolio. Simple and elegant! With Chef Evan Robertson (Hardware Grill, Aerie Resort, Pig & Duke) leaving his mark on the Naramata Bench with locally sourced, terroir to table, seasonal menu- it’s a “Must Visit”! Awesome service, rustic historic building with lakeside views and always beautiful menu🇨🇦🏆🥂🍷🥩🍗 Hannah was friendly and very attentive!”
“The food here is delicious! The service is quick and the prices are very reasonable. Had Cod and Chips, very yummy! Light crispy batter on the cod, tasty coleslaw and amazing fries!! Also the Cranberry Chicken flatbread was really good. Lots of cheese, chicken, spinach and cranberries.

“Immigrating from the Punjab province in India, owners Surinder and Jaswinder Grewal have made Lachi - Fine Indian Cuisine a local gem since 2009. Newly remodeled location with a cosmopolitan feeling elevates the atmosphere but the same authentic cuisine and warm service everyone enjoys continues! Very much appreciate the new ambiance and stunning menu- it’s our Top few in the whole okanagan! 🇮🇳🏆🥘”
“Still by far the best Mongolian Grill and Chinese food I’ve had! I’ve been coming here for years, since I was a kid, and recently returned while on vacation in Penticton.
The service was great, and even after a 20-minute drive back to our Airbnb, the food was still incredibly fresh, hot, and delicious. It was so nice to come back after all these years and see that the quality of both the food and service has remained just as great as I remembered it.
Definitely a longtime favourite and a must when we’re in Penticton!”
“Absolutely loved every second we spent there. In the world of highly commercialized wineries they are so humble in the way they do business. No $15-$20 tasting fee, no tipping nonsense. Just a small winery that wants people to enjoy wine.
Thank you so much for being an amazing winery!”
“Like others have said, this is truly a hidden gem in Penticton! I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the chicken banh mi, salad rolls, and a raspberry lemonade, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The banh mi had the perfect crispy bread and veggies, the salad rolls were super fresh and huge and the raspberry lemonade was a great addition to the meal. Friendly service made it even better. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for great Vietnamese food!”
“Cathy was exceptional and gave great knowledge of the wines ! We have tried a few places and we are from Ontario but this place was by far my favourite wines !”

“We stopped for Wine and got an authentic Italian Sandwich served on fresh focaccia bread. “No Mustard, and no Mayo”, that’s all Danny had to say to convince me to try his creation. Best decision ever!!! Very tasty and will be back to try his other creations next time I’m in the area.”

“Originally, Jan and Silvia Petrasek moved from Slovakia to Calgary in 2003 to start their dream of a European bakery. After several years, they were supplying dozens of organic, health and European stores but decided to perhaps return to Slovakia. A friend convinced them to visit the wonderful Okanagan before they left… luckily for us it fully captivated them! Family owned, hand crafted and beautifully European Petrasek Bakery is an Okanagan Gem- the line ups and happy customers speak volumes! Special treat: pick up fresh croissants, pain au chocolat and pastries for my wife and her work friends or bring them to work for my favourite people. 🥐🥖🥨🍞🏆”
“We special ordered a Christmas Yule log cake from Wouda's this year that looked like it was right out of a high end magazine! It was Awesome and so Professional. We were so pleased to display the cake, and when served, found that everyone raved about the wonderful taste. Thank You Wouda's!!!”
“I tried this place for the first time today, and the pizza was honestly delicious. No matter what anyone else says, this is easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had.
The service was also fantastic. The guy working behind the counter was super helpful and went above and beyond—he showed me how to sign up on their website and even walked me through generating a QR code for their loyalty program. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. I’ll definitely be back!”
“My server, Maika, at the Penticton Earls was awesome. I had lunch with my sister in law last week and she was friendly, attentive, and managed to create a unique mocktail for me that wasn’t a menu offer. Superb!”
“Want to know where the best ceasars are in town? Ask Declan to make you one! ❤️ this place! Oh, and they pair well with the best nachos you'll ever have (chips made in house)😉”

“This place was amazing! The Server, I believe name was Stella, gave a stellar performance in knowledge and presenting of the wine and menu specialties. They were out of the wine that was a suggested pairing for the cornish hen piri piri I ordered but offered me a taste of 2 other wines before I chose a Chardonnay (a wine I don't usually like) to drink with it. It was all very delicious and my husband also enjoyed the duck with a wonderful Grenach. The deserts we ordered with a decaf americano finished off the dinner perfectly. I purchased a bottle of the Chardonnay to remind myself there are good ones. Thank you Orolo for a wonderful anniversary evening!”
