GHOST RESTAURANT.Ordered on Doordash and Dasher said the restaurant is closed with no one inside. Waited 1.5 hours for the food and got scammed.

Over salted. Swimming in grease. And on top of that, the portions are small. They definitely missed the mark.

My organization had planned a pub night fundraiser with Brew Street. Less than 24 hrs prior to our event, via text message at 10 p.m., they told us that due to low volume of pre-sold tickets they were changing our location to one that was far less convenient and out of the way from our clientele. We had already advertised. They had never mentioned a minimum of pre-sale tickets required. We had to cancel our event. Completely unprofessional and absolutely poorly handled situation. This place will never get my business.

My friend made a reservation for my birthday for 6pm, which was confirmed by the restaurant. When we showed up at 6pm, we were told that they were doing repairs and that if we wanted to come back in an hour they would be open. There were no signs in the door indicating this and from what I observed, there were no emergent repairs being done nor were there any repair vehicles anywhere in the parking lot/area. It actually looked like they were setting up for a big party. When we mentioned that we had a confirmed reservation, the girl at the front shrugged her shoulders and just said, "yeah, I don't know what happened". No apology or anything. Because it was pouring rain, we decided to wait outside under cover for the restaurant to open so that we could have something to eat before heading to the breweries. After about five minutes, some kid from the kitchen came out and told us that they weren't open and to come back in an hour if we wanted to. When we said that we would just wait, he told us that we would need to leave and come back. He then went inside and we could see him just laughing away. We decided to leave because we could tell that something was going on and that the likelihood of us getting anywhere with them, even if we waited, was slim to none. For such a good location, they were honestly just terrible. I hope that they go out of business and new owners take over and turn it into a place worth going to again.

We had a reservation for 9:30am - which is when the restaurant opened. We waited until 10:15am and the doors were still locked! Nobody would let us in! The service, consistency and quality of this restaurant has been on a downward slide for a while but now to not even open the doors yet accept a reservation is completely unacceptable for any establishment!

Wasn't the greatest experience. Out for dinner with my daughter. We got seated right away, and after 20 mins of waiting for a server my daughter finally went up to ask for someone to come take our order. Drinks were fabulous but the food not so much. My stir fry portion was quite small, my daughter ordered beef dip. The au jus was extremely salty and hardly any beef in the sandwich. Likely wont return. To top it off they didn't credit me my Open Table points.

The food is really good and I like the atmosphere. However, they had zero idea I even made a reservation on Open Table. Thankfully the restaurant was pretty quiet. The service is also quite poor, I have a feeling the staff turnover is very, very high. Seriously though, zero complaints about the food, we were all happy about that.

We reserved at 6:15 pm as the final Canucks hockey game was on that night.. we were seated with our friends and it took 50 minutes before someone took our order . We didn't know that the UFC fight was on.. while watching the Canucks game we had to ask them to put back on the Canucks games as they were changing most of the channels to the fight. I don't blame the waitress as I think it was a lot of people in one area that were being looked after. Possibly there were not enough waitress on that night? It was an hour until we got our drinks. We had planned to stay but decided after our drink we would go somewhere else. We have always had a good experience at the Brew. But this time was horrible .

Open Table should take this restaurant off the app. Worst experience ever. Apparently they are closing down soon and have just stopped trying to provide any level of service at all.

Awful place. there were out of 5 dishes on their menu. Did not have the full beer stock that they advertise. New waitress who was awful. Kitchen took over an hour to get out the food even though there were only 3 other tables there. Was an issue with each meal. Even though we followed up with the waitress and tried to be patient it was too much. She should not have been working without supervision or some training. Not sure what was happen tin gin the kitchen, there was something very wrong going on back there. And no one of the staff cared.....it seems like the sis par for the course. Do not go, not worth your time or money.

So, I booked a table at Brew Street Craft Kitchen here on OpenTable. It was the menu that was intriguing. I should have read the reviews. Things looked bad as soon as we walked in the door. The stench of spilt stale beer was almost overwhelming, but we thought we'd give it a try. After a long wait, our server showed up. We order the Gnocchi & Pulled Braised Beef and the Fish & Chips. The Gnocchi had flavour but was only lukewarm. The real problem was with the Fish & Chips. I stared we the chips. Undercooked. You could also taste the oil that was long overdue for a change. Gross. The fish was also undercooked with gooey beer batter that really had no flavour. We sent it back. They were nice enough to take it off the check. In a nutshell, unless you just want a beer from their large selection, don't bother with Brew Street for food. Sadly, it's not very good.

I booked a reservation to celebrate my birthday but when we arrived it was closed with a suspended sign on the door. We received no notice or email advising our reservation would not be honoured. We had to quickly scramble to find another venue that would accomodate us. I would not recommend this place.

We had booked this place for a birthday party. The restaurant lost its liquor license and the doors were closed when all our guests arrived Needless to say that we will never be returning. Why on earth would open table take the rezzo if the place is closed??
