“This restaurant is very good. The service is absolutely excellent and the food is great as well. They have a lot of model airplanes hanging from the ceiling, the kids loved it, and so did I. We have been back every time we go to powell river.“
“I tried the sweet and spicy wings. So salty 1 wing sent me gagging to the washroom. after gagging for 15 minutes, I was presented with the bill. My dinner mates packed the remaining wings to go, but having tried one, spit it out and threw the rest away. Very disappointing experience.“

I have celiac and the gluten free cake and cookies from this Cafe are the BEST thing I've eaten since I've been diagnosed in grade 5. They have such cool original drinks like rosemary lattes and make their own syrups like vanilla bourbon. ITS SO GOOD.“
“This is one of the best restaurants in town. Delicious food, decent prices. We love the chicken fried rice with the pineapple and raisins, the chicken pad Thai, chicken satay, green curry chicken and rice, the list goes on. Really good sized portions that are enough to share or have leftovers.“
“Enjoyed the homemade food—perfectly poached eggs, home fries made with pan-fried (not deep-fried—yay!), freshly chopped, skin-on potatoes garnished with green onion, and the excellent homemade biscuit. I asked for tomato instead of bacon—no problem. My partner’s traditional breakfast cane with homemade blackberry jam in a stainless steel cup (not plastic—yay!). The cream for coffee came in a ceramic pitcher, not those horrible plastic cups. Cloth napkins . Love the eco-friendly steps taken here. So much character in the place, including the quirky candles near the entrance and artwork on sale just outside the entrance.“
“5 out of 5 stars - I would highly recommend Iguanas! They provided the catering for our wedding and it was delicious! All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food, lots of folks even went for seconds! We have received tons of compliments on the food. They are a talented crew, making things happen even when we had a few power issues at the reception. Overall we are super happy with our wedding food and will be back to our regular visits to the restaurant for dinner as soon as we're back from the honeymoon ❤️ Thank you again!!!!!“
