I love the food at Kentucky Fried Chicken. The chicken is always so tender and tasty. The last time we were there, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We dined in, and went back to the counter a couple of times for things like paper plates and cutlery, and the lady was always so pleasant. The dining area was a little cold, but comfortable enough. This store was very helpful and good. I ordered online and saw that they had a in-store special. They had no problem to fix my order for the special. Staff was polite and helpful. I will definitely go back. Thanks again

My mom went to kfc on 5th ave and they didn’t put the other sides in the bag and then the staff were very arrogant towards her when she called them to ask why them why they didn’t place the other sides in the bag. They offered to credit her money back which is not what she wanted. The staff are very rude and need to take responsibility for their actions and behaviour.
