employees were very rude, i asked if i could use my points for a london fog and she said yes. she tried to get me to pay for it when i was trying to use my points and she said ‘it doesn’t work for that’ when she just said i could. so i got a coffee instead. while i was waiting a couple of girls behind the counter were glaring at my friend and i. poor customer service.
I asked for my most basic and typical order (I get it every time I go to Tim’s) of a bagel with cream cheese and a small iced Capp. The worker asked me if I wanted light cream cheese THREE times, every time I said no just regular until I gave up and let her give me light. After already standing there for ages trying to explain my cream cheese she typed in 2 small ice Capps and I said I just wanted one. She then proceeded to accidentally erase my entire order and retype it all...read full review

We went during the slowest times of the day.. there was no line up, but my steeped tea double double tastes like water. My wife got a habanero wrap it took them 10 minutes to prepare, even though we were the only ones there. When we opened the wrap it was ripped and poorly put together. Terrible service, we were the only people in line.
