The new owners have kept all the old favourites that the customers like, as well as adding new items such as chocolate covered carrot cake bites that were a big hit at Christmas, and delicious fruit pies and cakes that are as light as a feather with European style icing that melts in your mouth. Also, every week new Indian items are added, such as special soups with a splash of Curry that are exposing us to exciting new flavours. Extra tables have been added inside and out, because more and more customers want to sit, enjoying a coffee and a pastry, or a delicious egg bite or a bowl of soup of the day. But it’s the friendly atmosphere, the great customer service and the happy, positive vibes that make this spot a magnet for customers, old and new. It’s like going into “Cheers”, where everybody knows your name and all are greeted by the three owners’ warm and welcoming smiles. Dawne Williams
