One of the worst app to order online. And when arrive, there is no signage on where mobile pickup is. The restaurant is very small and nowhere to lineup. Also don't go during school days as students buying or not clog up the entire dining area.
Its an A&W so wasn't expecting much of course. This specific location has honestly the worst customer service I've ever seen for an A&W. The food is mediocre and sometimes pretty good and fresh but its hit or miss. I once waited for 10 mins at the drive through order now box. Someone was there I heard them talking through the mic but weren't talking to me and wouldn't take my order for over 10 mins and kept going silent for like 2 min intervals.
