One of the worst app to order online. And when arrive, there is no signage on where mobile pickup is. The restaurant is very small and nowhere to lineup. Also don't go during school days as students buying or not clog up the entire dining area.

Staff all speaking in their own language from India. They are speaking louder then any customer in the restaurant. It is rude to hear this much noise coming from the staff. I can't even enjoy the meal I purchased. Food is good but atmosphere not great. I won't be dinning in anymore in the evenings.

One of the staff there is very very rude, I don’t feel I am treated in a normal manner, if she is not happy, she can quit. And I have report to manager, hope manager can train her to make her grow.
They don’t have root beer floats anymore. They replaced it with a slushy that you could just get from 711

Stay away! This store does NOT honour the advertised coupons that were sent in the mail. I ordered exactly what was on the coupon and then presented the coupon to the cashier. I was told that the price on the coupon was not the real price. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and UPSELLING. You can't advertise one price, bring people into your store, make up an excuse, then increase the price. I heard from relatives that other locations did honour the coupon. I will never return to this restaurant again.

They RIP you off my order showed as $10.49 on the drive thru display when I got up to the window the girl said $13. When I asked why she said that they didn't have small frys. When I checked my card statement I was charged $14...I called a manager to ask about this left a message NO RESPONSE, wont be going there again. WATCH OUT PEOPLE

Its an A&W so wasn't expecting much of course. This specific location has honestly the worst customer service I've ever seen for an A&W. The food is mediocre and sometimes pretty good and fresh but its hit or miss. I once waited for 10 mins at the drive through order now box. Someone was there I heard them talking through the mic but weren't talking to me and wouldn't take my order for over 10 mins and kept going silent for like 2 min intervals. I don't recommend it if you're in a rush and like fresh A&W, this one is not for you.
