if you have any fond memories of carls jr somewhere else forget them.got the super bacon. the only thing super about it is the fact that it has bacon on it.fries were cold.im extra upset because i flew here from toronto for a layover. had smash burger at toronto airport and was so good... so im like hey burger #2 why not right?now i wanna fight carls whole family

I was in line waiting to order, I was watching the staff work in the back.the woman handling the French fries was wearing plastic gloves. She filled 2 bags with fries then wiped her nose with her plastic glove hand and continued to load fries in bags used g her hand to open the bag by putting her gross hand in the bag then fries..

For airport fast food, the meal was actually decent.Ordered a poutine and a breakfast wrap, got it in about 5 minutes and there was nothing gross or wrong with the food.Paid about $12-$13 total for what I ordered and finished everything so no complaints here ?

Disgusting! Staff are extremely rude, touching their faces, handling money and then touching the food. Place is a health violation. Food is luke-warm at best and was so unappetizing we threw it out. And then they have the audacity to ask for a tip. PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. You're better off eating from a vending machine!

Were really hungry. Came from a connecting flights and want something to eat while waiting for our final destination. The indian was so rude. He wouldnt let me finish talking about mthe order and he said “we only have fries” why they close early? And its in the airport so atleast extend working hours.
