A true gem! This unassuming spot didn't catch my eye at first but after reading the other reviews my partner and I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad we did! Phenomenal food, the best I've ever eaten in an airport. The salmon was cooked perfectly, delicious and juicy. The elk burger was also to die for.Do yourself a favor and eat here!
I was here when I flew out of the YVR international terminal in April 2023. For a snack before my flight, I had the candied salmon and ojibwe(sp?) wild rice pudding. Both of the snacks were so unique and delicious! The candied salmon had strips of candied (but fresh, not chewy like jerky) salmon with berries and greens, so it was like a mini salad. I had never heard of wild rice being used in rice pudding, and it was definitely different than the creamy puddings made with short-grain...read full review

We ate here while waiting for a flight at YVR in Vancouver. The food was absolutely delicious! The next time we are in Vancouver we will definitely find the main restaurant to have dinner. The staff at the airport were very friendly and sweet. I would recommend this place to anyone.
