This place is a must go if you're in Richmond. I think iTofu uses gypsum as the coagulant since the texture is so much more silkier than places like Meet Fresh. I also love that they have a couple options for toppings including brown sugar, ginger syrup and simple syrup.
The tofu pudding here is SOOO good my friends and I got 2nd orders cuz we couldn't get enough ? love the yam & taro ball toppings and pearl toppings! The London fog tofu is also a super unique option with a gentle but fragrant tea flavour :3 love how this place is open late for after dinner dessert! Will be back soon :-))

On the evening of March 27, 2024, I saw the familiar soy milk and tofu curd. When I entered the store, I learned that Hong Kong people would not expect that all the items and ingredients are sugar-free. There are three different types of sugar on the table to adjust the sweetness. This dessert is delicious. It was super enjoyable ^_^I personally decided that this should be the healthiest dessert shop in Vancouver?
