We ordered a iTofu with red beans and coconut jelly, and one with taro balls and red beans. Amazing. Clean plans. Closes later. Bathroom is the cleanest I’ve ever seen.

Tofu is quite delicious but not excellent. The seating space is decent but nothing special. The shop only opens after 4:30pm, so it's a bit inconvenient for me personally.

On the evening of March 27, 2024, I saw the familiar soy milk and tofu curd. When I entered the store, I learned that Hong Kong people would not expect that all the items and ingredients are sugar-free. There are three different types of sugar on the table to adjust the sweetness. This dessert is delicious. It was super enjoyable ^_^I personally decided that this should be the healthiest dessert shop in Vancouver?

The woman behind the counter is so rude. If you don’t want to provide customer service then don’t open your store. We come to enjoy our dessert - not to take your attitude. Based on other reviews for this restaurant, clearly the customer service needs work.

The worst experience here please AVOID! The lady behind the counter is very rude! I cannot believe I tipped! She responds very condescending. Has horrible attitude and just looks like she hates seeing customers. I’ve never given a one star and would have given zero stars for the overall service. Absolutely will never be returning. Will be asking my community to avoid this place.

I wanted to try itofu today but was totally turned off by the extremely rude lady that works at the shop. I knew they would open at 3:30pm but I arrived around 3:15pm and parked in the parking stall designated for itofu. Once I parked my car this lady runs out and yells “you cannot park here!” I said why? This is for itofu customer isn’t it? She says “I’m not ready and ran back inside”. I told her I am early and will wait until they open at 3:30pm. Having this rude lady telling me I cannot park in “her space” I decided to leave and have tofu fa elsewhere. Nice job lady, that’s excellent customer service! What a joke!!!Definitely ZERO stars if allowed!Excellent Tofu & Snacks on 4231 Hazelbridge Way is definitely a better choice.

This place is a must go if you're in Richmond. I think iTofu uses gypsum as the coagulant since the texture is so much more silkier than places like Meet Fresh. I also love that they have a couple options for toppings including brown sugar, ginger syrup and simple syrup.
