The staff does their best, very friendly. People don't realize that it's not easy working in a hot kitchen, have to listen to grumpy customers, and still try to smile. This crew is awesome!!!
Worst place ever. We use KFC coupons from the cell phone screen at every KFC we go to and they are honoured. Even up until a month ago this KFC used to honour coupons on on cell phone but our recent visit was a disappointment. We wanted to order a large bucket but the staff insisted they wanted a physical copy of the coupon so we left. Generally service at this KFC has deteriorated over the past year.
