Terrible customer service. Usually whenever I go to get KFC for my family I would always have coupons on my cellphone and every time I would go there they would always accept my coupons and I have been going to this location for many years. However, this time when I went I had my coupons on my cellphone, I showed her my coupons on my cellphone and she said I can’t accept it cause it was on my phone and she could only give me 1 order not 3 keep in mind this is for my family and not just for myself. She said since your the only one in here you only get 1. I said to her as well that I always come here and they would always accept my coupons when its on my phone she said sorry but those are the rules and then I said to her my mom is in the car she cant get out cause she had knee surgery and she had the gall by saying to me that too bad your mom had surgery and she cant get up then she said I'm getting the manager SAHEETA by the way this manager is new. So, the manager SAHEETA came out and said you can only get 1 these are the rules and have been for many years and also said you either get one or you can get out from here. At the same time, when I was talking to these ladies I was calm and polite and not being hostile but those ladies thought I was which is ridiculous. Anyways, I said to her I'll just take 1 order then I said this how you treat your customers telling them to get out when they want food plus I said your customer service is awful and I'll be writing a review after my order was done she packed my order and the bag which she packed it in was bad and it ripped cause my 1 order didn’t fit in that tiny bag and also didn’t t offer my any sauce which is what your supposed to do at the end. In conclusion, I think that both the manager SAHEETA and the cashier were both racist towards to me based on my skin colour (dark) and also treated me poorly cause the way that I dressed and didn’t think that I was going to pay for my food and finally I think that both SAHEETA and the cashier were inconsiderate of the fact that my mom had knee surgery and literally couldn’t come out from the car. The Manager SAHEETA and cashier should get fired they’re are both not professionals SAHEETA doesn’t know whats she’s doing mostly cause I've witnessed it a couple of times, and the cashier was new and was just rude and had so much attitude towards me. That franchise should stop hiring international students and have more experienced workers working in there. I also I think they sabotaged my chicken cause after two hours I had diarrhea 8x. DONT GO TO THIS KFC! ??

Worst place ever. We use KFC coupons from the cell phone screen at every KFC we go to and they are honoured. Even up until a month ago this KFC used to honour coupons on on cell phone but our recent visit was a disappointment. We wanted to order a large bucket but the staff insisted they wanted a physical copy of the coupon so we left. Generally service at this KFC has deteriorated over the past year. The staff are unfriendly and not helpful at all. They are usually out of good chicken pieces and our bucket orders contain small wings mostly. It seems like the staff are eating most of the food themselves and this is very harmful to the business. The owner should audit and vet their staff.

The food was not edible, I ordered spicey and it was to salty (and dry and greasy like they cooked it hours ago and re deep fried it) I through most of it away and still felt sick the rest of the day and could not eat dinner that night. I will not be going back. Waste of money.

With the free 6 piece bucket deal, I want to give this fast food restaurant a try. I have never eaten fried chicken that is soggy and not crispy at all. It seems like it was fried for a while. I ordered online and drove there immediately when placed my order. Everything was WARM and not hot. Fries were the best within all the things that I ordered. Slider was fine, but on the drier side. Popcorn was worse than McDonald's chicken nuggets. Not willing to order from KFC again! Not worth my cheat day quota.Customer service was good!Atmosphere was decent!Lots of parking spots, which are very convenient. At the front of the store, there are a few 30 minutes parking stalls for quick pick up or shopping.

This was the absolute worst chicken I have ever gotten. It was so bad I would have given a zero but that's not possible so I will give it a one. I ordered a ten piece family meal. It was soggy and dry it literally tasted like it was last night chicken microwaved right before giving it to us. Since KFC did not answer there phone I will add the picture as well. Completely un edible and disgusting I wouldn't feed this to my dog.
