The servers were a bit distracted and slow. I hate it when they spray cleaner to clean the next table just as customer is eating. That’s not a good experience for anyone. Can’t they wait until customer is done eating? The chicken wasn’t as juicy or succulent as I remember nando’s being usually. I think this one was grilled for too long and the breast meat was a bit dried out. But the flavour profile was there.

Without a doubt the best Nando’s in Richmond!! The food is always delicious and I swear the chicken is cooked to absolute perfection each time, service is always amazing, the staff seem genuinely happy to be working there and the owner jack is the nicest person, going out of his way to make sure everyone is happy and enjoying the food, the interior is lovely and always super clean!! This Nando’s hit just as hard as any UK Nando’s could! 10/10

I used to go to the one at westside of Vancouver from time to time, good service and food, nice ambience and they ask customer’s name when ordering takeout. But this one doesn't have that standard. the fries are bad, the female cashier gave me unhappy and oppressive feeling from the start to picking up my food, without any pleasant expressions or words.

Seemed the staff were simply not interested in making the food great and didn’t show any enthusiasm or passion at all. Watched my order sit on the pass bar getting cold for 10 minutes while the server seemed to forget to order the side. Don’t like that they ask for a tip before getting the meal, don’t bother tipping for to- go orders. Very disappointed as a Nando’s fan for a long time.

Today evening celebrated my little daughter’s birthday at Nandos in ironwood plaza. We ordered jumbo platters and all food items are really fresh and tasty. Special Thanks goes for the staff for the delicious food and for the lovely birthday song. Loved the garlic bread mostly.. it was nicely baked and crispy…
