It doesn't matter what time of the day I visit; there isn't much selection in this bakery. Cakes and buns are average tasting. Red bean shao bings (the ones with glutinous rice) are surprisingly good.
I purchased Mahler Khao and Chimaki. Mahler Khao's sweetness was modest and the taste was not good, but Chimaki was delicious. The ingredients had plenty of volume and there was a response.
