Went to their new E 33rd store and bought a few different of their bakery selection. One of the buns was slightly undercooked, the apple bun had almost no filling, the double bake almond croissant was very dense, and the custard in the vanilla bun was flavorless. I was hoping for higher quality after hearing positive reviews from some neighbours. Maybe I ordered poorly, but I was disappointed.
Went to the new store at 1399 E. 33rd and tried their lobster roll which is available only at this store. It has a much larger space than the other stores and the lobster rolls are make on order. However, at $21 a piece, I would expect more. There's a lot of lobster meat but the whole thing tastes bland and previously frozen. Once is enough and rather disappointing. Would not recommend anyone getting it.

We ordered the lobster roll out of curiosity. For the price of $16 - the quality is surprisingly not bad. The lobster is a bit chewy but it's pretty sweet and has lobster flavour. I wish there was more sauce and the bread was a bit fluffier. They are very thoughtful and put a paper between the bread and the lobster so it doesn't get soggyOverall I would recommend trying it once. It's not very big but it'll do the job
