The best airport food ever. Fair prices for special food! I had the bannock and elk burger and rose/hibiscus drink. Loved the soundtrack and art. I met the owner herself <3

Bison sandwich - stale shredded meat served on soggy breads that I couldn't cut through with my teeth. Revolting food.

We ate here while waiting for a flight at YVR in Vancouver. The food was absolutely delicious! The next time we are in Vancouver we will definitely find the main restaurant to have dinner. The staff at the airport were very friendly and sweet. I would recommend this place to anyone.

One of the best airport food I have eaten. I had open bison sandwich. It was delicious and also very filling.

Great customer service, very personable - there was a confusion on our order and they gave us a free Bannock. Much faster service the the neighboring big chains.

I tried this place on the back of the positive reviews. Sadly I did not have a very good experience.I ordered the salmon plate and was told that the food would take 7 minutes to make. Fair enough - I took a seat in the dining area to wait. The rub is that not only did the food end up taking more than 20 minutes to arrive (and not before I asked someone to check on it) I was also told rather rudely that I had to move from my table to make space for all the people that also ordered an alcoholic beverage. To be clear, these imbibing patrons were largely hypothetical - it was lunchtime with three quarters of the dining area empty. The food itself was underwhelming. The salmon looked nice but was overcooked. The salad was not dressed. The roll was the only redeeming quality of the meal but hardly justifies the price or the maltreatment.

A true gem! This unassuming spot didn't catch my eye at first but after reading the other reviews my partner and I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad we did! Phenomenal food, the best I've ever eaten in an airport. The salmon was cooked perfectly, delicious and juicy. The elk burger was also to die for.Do yourself a favor and eat here!

The food is so incredibly tasty and flavoursome. We had the bison open sandwich and the sweet potato wedges which were wonderful.

I was here when I flew out of the YVR international terminal in April 2023. For a snack before my flight, I had the candied salmon and ojibwe(sp?) wild rice pudding. Both of the snacks were so unique and delicious! The candied salmon had strips of candied (but fresh, not chewy like jerky) salmon with berries and greens, so it was like a mini salad. I had never heard of wild rice being used in rice pudding, and it was definitely different than the creamy puddings made with short-grain rice found in other cuisines, but the texture of the long grains in the pudding was nice and the earthy-floral flavour was interesting and pleasant.I just got grab and go things so there was no wait for my food to be prepared and the wait in line to order wasn’t bad. The staff were all beaming with enthusiasm which is very refreshing to see! I would definitely recommend this outlet if you’re looking to switch it up from the usual airport food and you want to get a taste of the local food culture because this is as truly local as it gets. Kind of expensive, but I’m not sure if you’d find a better deal at the other restaurants in this terminal (besides the fast food chains) and I’m pretty confident that this is the highest quality option.

Most exceptional airport food I've ever eaten. This is food!! Lovely owner, proudly indigenous owned and operated. I will be back every trip through the international terminal.Dietary restrictions: My wife had their gluten free bread and says it's the best gluten free bread she's ever had.
