The fish fillet in the hot pot is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Unfortunately, the fish fillet itself is tasteless meat and lacks a main flavor. Could you try adding some green onions or more peppercorns? The meat sauce noodles are also delicious, and the slight vinegar brings out the flavor.
