This is a food stall inside Richmond Public Market. Free parking in the attached garage. The lady who was working the register here was very friendly, and was nice enough to wait for me as I ran back to my table to grab change! I got the "famous" beef noodles with an exploded egg, which was recommended to me. We ordered longjiang pork hock rice. It came with a soup. The pork hock is very flavourful and tender, and the Napa cabbage is juicy. There’s also an egg and some sour beans (酸豆角). It was pretty good overall. The soup is very flavourful as well, it has a good umami to it. The service is also pretty fast. Will come back to try other dishes.

Hidden in the city, the public market has been a place for decades.
