Typically subway as far as food quality. Disappointing service, when I asked for additional toppings, the woman who was serving me nudged her coworkers on both sides of her, to get their attention and they all laughed at the quantity of toppings I had requested. Although I have previously joked around with other ‘sandwich artists’ about the quantities I prefer on my sub, it was just straight up rude and disrespectful. Would be super lovely if the employees could be educated to not delay service so as to tease their customers in front of their faces :)

Customer service is soo bad. Worker’s behaviour was rude and they do not even understand customer demand and mix up ingredients while making 2 subs at one time.

Friendly service, but gives very little meat and vegetables. Don't go to this location. If you are stuck eating at YVR, just go to the Chinese restaurant beside it. It's a lot more filling.

It's subway, in a food court, at an airport... Expect no less no more. Plane food, fly service.

Very nice customer service! I had a very rough day due to many many hours of delay and rebook the flight ticket with air canada and the lady was so cheerful and nice. After my purchase here, I found myself feel better. Thank you!

Pretty slow serving but still work faster than other shop. Huge and cheap .
