Decided to grab a sub here instead of at the save on next door. I chose poorly. Service was quick. Turkey sub had a decent amount of meat and cheese but the veggies left a lot to be desired. I skipped both the lettuce and the spinach as both had seem better days. The bread seemed very dried out. Quality wise this was definitely one of the worst subways I have ever eaten at.Dietary restrictions: Able to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions.

I’ve never been to such a slow subway before . One 1 girl working at lunch time . She was completely rude . Make ppl standing in line wait so they could make call in orders . Will never go back to this subway again

The amount of veggies on my veggie delite was okay but something is wrong with the bread here. It was extremely dry and hard and was comparable to eating a crunchy crouton or a stale baguette. The bread did not taste fresh.

Went today to subway after a long time. There wS no menu on the wall. It was all blank. The bread was at least 2 days stale. Could not even eat a quarter of the turkey sandwich, ended up throwing it away. Do not bother going to this store. Wasted $20
This is the 1st time I went to this Subway even though I have lived in Richmond for 30 years. Took my grandkids to Tera Nova Park. Afterwards I thought we would pick up sandwiches for lunch. First of all they had no menu on the wall. The 1.5 sandwiches I ordered were horrible. The bread was definitely 2-3 days old. Could not even finish my turkey sandwich. Ended up throwing it away. Would definitely not recommend going there.
