At Thai Hang, located in the departure hall on the fourth floor of Vancouver Airport, we tried the chicken and beef rice noodles. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were exquisite, especially the soup in the rice noodles, which was rich yet not overpowering, leaving a lasting impression. My little one loved it so much that not a drop of soup was left, a true testament to its deliciousness.

I would say it’s not too bad definitely not the best when it comes to the rice but the pho was not too bad in fact I kinda liked it. Maybe me coming at night there’s a difference but overall not a too bad experience.

I needed something to recharge myself after an early morning flight. I waited until they opened, only to be disappointed. They could have at least tried to make the broth savory. You can really tell that the broth was just beef cubes/instant broth. They probably microwaved the meat and noodles because the container was hot and the contents plus the soup was lukewarm. It was an expensive frivolous piece of instant noodles. Instant noodles could have tasted better. I also get that the high rents in airports but the owners could have at least tried to make good food and not just use "vietnamese cuisine" to attract buyers. Again, please at least try to make good food and not just focus on making profits.

I ordered two things worth 40 CAD here. They had poor quality service and the girl attending to me was bottomline lazy. ? She didn't even ask if it was for take out and handed me the food like it was none of her business.I asked for a bag and nothing else. The food spilled, and the staff just stood there like mindless ducks. Monkeys have got to have reacted better. Well, actually the girl wanted to attend to another customer. They told me they were waiting for a response from me when I asked for a manager or even for their names to complain.Manager named Brett was stoic. I asked how he could better improve the services but he couldn't have cared less. No apologies. Just wanted to ask me if I wanted a refund or for the food to be remade.People in the counters should have good customer service, could attend and communicate with people. Now if the manager is as terrible. I don't think this place should run.I asked if there was higher management. And the manager said no, and all I can do is complain through google. ?Manager seen through this picture. He told me that I had that liberty anyway.

Service of the two ladies manning the counter last 7th Jan 2024 (around 10m) was sooooooo bad!!!Food is below average.Staff should take a course on the basics of customer service (at least).

Worst Pho I've ever had.The broth was serviceable, but the texture of the noodles was like chewing a half-melted candle.I also don't understand why coffee has been labeled as Vietnamese.

Truly terrible pho. It's such a shame that YVR has such awful food in such a beautiful airport. Is this really how we want to represent Vancouver (or Canada as a whole) to visitors?

So in terms of Pho Tam as 5 star benchmark, this is 3.5 stars for their rare beef noodle, but since this place had so many low reviews, gotta rate this place five stars to skew up the average. Value is okay comparatively to other airport food prices. Portion of meat is okay. Soup is not the worst, passable as pho soup for sure. Noodles are springy and not overcooked at all. Preferred my soups to be scalding hot but this soup is just a comfortable hot.

At the Vancouver International Airport I was looking for a quick soupy meal and stumbled upon Thai Hang. The pricing for the pho is a little on the expensive side with the portions being smaller then usual. The pho itself had a tasty well rounded soup with decently cooked noodles and the flavor was good. Service was quick, my meal was served quickly not long after I ordered and paid for it. In terms of an airport restaurant I would say it's really geared towards travelers just looking for quick warm bite while either waiting or transitioning between planes and plans. It has serviceable food for where it's located even if it doesn't stand out at all.

If I throw a piece of this sushi rice to someone, that person would probably get hurt pretty badly. This describe how hard the rice is. While I am writing this review, a little mouse ran across the food court, second level @YVR ?

Tried lemon grass chicken and lemon grass pork. Serving size a bit small, and crammed into a takeout container which is hard to eat out of. Rice was very, very dry.
