I had the opportunity to try Torake out for the first time and was blown away by every dish served from their premium omakase (tasting menu).The omakase offered a mix of traditional and fusion flavours which made it an interesting experience. Everything was fresh and delicious.Leaning into a more modern omakase experience, the sushi Chef was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and I look forward to visiting again, thank you!
I went for a premium omakase dinner with friends. I was deeply impressed by the cozy atmosphere and attentive service. It's a place where you can tell right away that the people running it know their food, starting from the first dish. It's an omakase sushi restaurant that offers reasonable prices and a friendly vibe. So impressed with the high standard of food and service. One of us ordered the Essential Tasting Menu and the other ordered a la carte. We were offered a guava gin sour in celebration of their 1 year anniversary. It should be a signature drink for Torake, just suggesting.? Would recommend the foie gras aburi and the salmon oshi was supreme. The entire experience was outstanding.
