“Best Pizza I’ve ever had! Such a nice, cozy place with great people! I would visit Gibsons again, just only for having a pizza here. My kids also loved it! I was so amazed by the food and the vibe and didn’t have chance to take a nicer photo.”

“The wife wanted a cappuccino, so we typed coffee into Google Maps, and found directions to a bike shop. How fun! We were greeted by a beautiful counter of artisan bread, pastries, and cured meats, stationed amidst mountain bikes and gear. My wife ordered her coffee and a pastry, and despite a 3 minute staredown with the baguettes, I declined to buy one, or order my own coffee. Mistake.

We sat in the car and realised it was the best cappuccino we'd had in a very long time. Coming from folks who grind and pour their own cortados each morning with artisan beans, this was something. Within 3 minutes I was back in the shop ordering my own cappuccino, and a baguette to go. Outstanding.”

As you bite deeper, the fresh brightness of lemon unfolds, balanced with a subtle sweetness from white chocolate. In addition to the signature scone, Stephen’s Thai chicken soup is equally worth ordering. It preserves the aromatic essence of Thai cuisine, with hints of lemongrass and spices, yet is thoughtfully balanced so it’s not overly spicy or harsh on the throat. The flavors of tanginess, fragrance, and gentle heat come together in perfect harmony. It’s layered but comforting, showcasing a well-executed fusion that feels both authentic and approachable.

There are simply too many highlights to capture in words — it’s highly recommended to experience it in person.”

“I came here with a friend based on the recommendation of mutual Vancouver friends. What an absolute delightful service, location and vibe. Set in a lovely garden space, with tables and chairs, and plenty of grass to lay a picnic rug down on, The Brass Spoon offered a short, but delicious variety of menu items. The mango lassi was delicious - not overly sweet, but tasting of yummy mango and very refreshing. The Indian samosa and spinach fatayer were delivered piping hot and crisp from the oven; and the chicken wrap was equally as delicious. The chicken if cooked on the spot, rather than precooked, so it took perhaps an extra 15min for it to be ready. Well worth the wait. The staff were lovely, welcoming and keen to have their little business grow into something larger. Highly recommend The Brass Spoon if you’re visiting the Sunshine Coast, a local or looking for something more personable than the eateries on the Main Street in Gibsons.”

Croissants were delicious, and I'm fussy about my pastry! We've been to most of the coffee shops in Gibsons (we live here) and this is at the top of our list.”

The young lady was very helpful bc i was confused wha to order
I got some fried dumplings 9/10 very good
And i let the lady decide the main dish so i forgot the name
But jesus it was good😂
It was a nice combination between vegies and beef
It was delicious 10/10

Will go back and try the fried chicken

“I’m so glad I stopped in here today! I ordered the falafel bowl and avocado smoothie and both were delicious! The bowl was loaded with fresh and flavourful ingredients (I was just in Vancouver and ordered a bowl from a bigger chain and it was almost all rice and no veggies). The staff person was so friendly and I could see that they were chopping up fresh ingredients right then for my bowl! Good prices too, compared to the bigger chains. Highly recommend!!”
