“While I'm not a fan of DQ burgers (my Dad loves this place, hence the review), I was really, really positively impacted by the great employee relationships at this Dairy Queen! Not only were the staff prompt, positive and precise, there was a real comradery amongst the multicultural, intergenerational employees that I rarely see, in ANY store. If one employee sets such a positive example, it can be infectious and all the employees will have great attitudes. This looked like a great place to work, and that's refreshing in this era of discontent.“

An unusual configuration that often gets crowded in the food pickup area.Some of the staff could benefit from a customer service course (or two) as they present as surley/annoyed/bored when facing customers.Parking area is often contested and long drive thru lines block the entrance to the mall and exit from the gas station.Not the best McDonalds location.“
“I found this place while waiting in a ferry line with 2 sailing waits to the mainland. We had lunch and roamed the facility we came across so many things that were right up our alley , kayaking , tours , and a nice place to eat. They even have a boat launch. We decided to extend our stay , got out of the line up , got a VRBO, and explored.Best decision for us we had a great time. The staff at the marina took care of so well, better than BC ferries could. What a Great stay. I would recommend this place to all.“

“Had great service and mighty fine food, not to mention the great view! I had the chicken quesadilla and it was excellent, my husband had the pulled pork sandwich on a gf bun, he said it was delicious. We definitely recommend this great little spot on the water!“
“The food here is delicious! We had the Grand slam breakfast and the Country Omlette and I would recommend both! The homemade mango habanero hot sauce is addictive! But the real star of the show is the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! WOW!!! Thank you for a great meal and wonderful experience!!“
