“The Taco Salad on this menu is a tasty mix of fresh stuff like crunchy lettuce, seasoned ground beef, juicy tomatoes, and tangy salsa. All together, it makes a yummy dish.”

“Mariners pizza is the best in sidney by far - great tasting and not very greasy, but the front end of their business and customer service could be better. Improved efficiencies and communication would make this a 6 star. Maybe they need a bigger kitchen?either way I highly recommend their pizza.”

“It was my first time at Alexander's Coffee. Their customer service is great, the guy running the front is cheerful and happy to help. I ordered a chai and Alexander's best, and they were both amazing. Would go again!”
“I just checked out this new little brewery in Sidney for the first time, and happened to try the freshly tapped Strawberry Shortcake Sour, which honestly had the best and strongest strawberry flavour I’ve ever tasted in a beer! It was so good I had to take home a Crowler. With plenty of beer and cider options on tap, a selection of local snacks, board games, events, and the option to bring in takeout from elsewhere, this place is definitely worth a visit. It’s clear that they value fostering relationships with other local businesses, and are already making a positive impact on the Sidney community.”
“The water is simply the best i ever had. I also bought a cooler plus heat and now i drink hot water which i never liked before. Get yours today you'll be glad you did. Mark knows his water too.”

“As soon as you walk in to the rustic cozy atmosphere and the great views of the the Marina, you are already impressed with this restaurant. My husband choose the blackened cod tacos and I had the salmon burger and Caesar salad. He thoroughly enjoyed his tacos, but my Salmon Burger was astounding! I prefer my Caesar with a creamy dressing but the fried capers were a seriously good touch. If you are in Sydney this is a must go or your really missing out!!”
“Our family really enjoyed the Chinese dinner for six selection on the evening of April 1 2024 right next to YYJ. Great view, reasonably priced tasty food & a very personable server made it an enjoyable experience for our party.”
“I am a regular and usually happy customer of the Sidney Natural Food Store. However, I recently went in looking for some Bob's Rice Flour and was unwilling to purchase any from the bulk bins as people with diagnosed celiac disease are firmly advised not to do. One of the staff said that some people with celiac disease can get away with a little cross contamination whereas others with celiac disease say they shouldn't even get a crumb. She seemed sceptical that that small amount would be a problem. I attempted to educate her that no one with diagnosed celiac disease can health-wise afford to have any cross contamination-gluten intolerant people, yes, celiac people, definitely NO. She clearly did not believe me. As a resource person in a health store, this illuminates a serious lack of professional knowledge. I suggest that your staff spend some time on the Canadian Celiac Association website (celiac.ca) to learn and then provide accurate information to your customers.”

“Incredible food and service. Our server Renee(hope that’s spelled right) was knowledgeable about the menu and excellent. The food was the best Indian food I have ever eaten in Victoria. I recommend it all but particularly the fish pakora as a start and the lamb curry to follow. Wow! Thank you for an amazing experience all around.”
