“My recent visit to Murray's Pizza in Summerland, BC was a five-star experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and the server was incredibly helpful with recommendations. The selection of pizzas was impressive, but I ultimately decided on The Kitchen Sink Pizza, which was loaded with toppings and absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy and thin, and we requested less cheese, which was executed perfectly. In fact, I would say that this pizza was the best I've had since Calgary. The owner was also a delight to speak with - he was so passionate about his family's business, which has been around for 35 years. Even my husband, who isn't typically a pizza lover, couldn't resist having three slices and said it was his favorite pizza ever. We will definitely be back to Murray's Pizza and highly recommend it to anyone in the Okanagan area. With six locations to choose from, you can't go wrong!“

“Very cute atmosphere with ample seating and gorgeous views. We got the smoked meat platter to share and loved ? the chicken and pork. (Mix the pork with the mustard sauce, so yummy!) Neither of us liked the cornbread which was super dry and tasted like yesterday's batch, even butter couldn't help it. We both also didn't like the coleslaw, it was very sour and really only had the taste of lime to it with no other redeeming flavors.“

Inspired by the regional terroir and historic possibilities, Christian Schales planted his first vineyard in 1783 and started Weingut Schales. Fast forward to Bernd Schales and wife Stefanie whom directed a path over the pond and landed in the Okanagan in 2003. They purchased a small lot, grew grapes and produced for other wineries until they decided to acquire the Summerland acreage and facility to resume the Schales family legacy in Canada. “My sister and I decided to take our mom to Penticton for a bit of an outing today. At the end of the day we tried to decide where to go for a bite to have dinner. After Googling about places to go in Penticton, we decided on the Polish Bistro. All three of us could not have been happier. From the time we walked in the front door and were met by Walter and seated, it could not have been a nicer evening. The atmosphere is simple but beautiful and relaxing. The menu has a really nice selection of Polish/Eastern European meals. We had various combinations of perogies, cabbage rolls, meat balls and salad. Everything was so nicely made and flavourful. The perogies dough as so soft and nice. The fillings, of which I sampled four, were all nicely done. The cabbage rolls had nice flavour, and the cabbage was perfectly cooked. It could not have been better. We finished off with a small order of 3 perogies filled with wild blueberries and topped with a dollop of sour cream. Wow, what a perfect ending to the meal. Walter stopped by and talked to us and made us all feel very comfortable. You could see how much pride he took in his restaurant. Definitely, 100%, we will be back soon!“

“In late April 2023, we were blessed with a pretty fantastic winetasting experience here.Kelly was very friendly and inviting, and I felt fortunate at the amount of time that she spent, explaining the evolution of this winery. I say fortunate, because we were able to go behind the scenes and look at the tasting room while it was under construction. in fact, we were blessed enough to be able to take a look at all of the developments of this fairly new location. You wouldn’t know it, but they have an entire production facility, right downtown, complete with everything you need to make the wine… Large tanks, barrel storage, everything. It was quite something to see.Back to the tasting, we enjoyed our tasting at the bar in the restaurant. They had a decent selection of very good wine like evolve sparking wine, Chardonnay Pinot blancwhite effervescence which was Chardonnay Pinot blanc I think she said,a different version of that followed by 2021 Pinot GrisAnd more.A note about the restaurant, they Source their proteins/meat from locally grown, organic, where possible. you can see some of the meat as it’s ‘dry aging.’ They will take one of these hunks of meat, and cut your steak They cook it. I don’t know any other place in the Okanagan that does this. We were told that their menu is pretty much constantly changing, as nothing will be served if it isn’t fresh or Current, as far as locally sourced as much as possible, is concerned. This restaurant takes its food very seriously, and you’ll know this when you dine here.Overall, it was a very good tasting experience, located right down in Penticton, BC. if you have some time, I recommend checking this place out.Other notes:The entire facility is located in a heritage building, so there were some limitations imposed upon how much change they could make.There won’t be any other tasting bar like this in the Okanagan, they’ve made quite the effort to capture the wine tasting, “cocktail culture“ fine dining, a shared place, with some private rooms for you to book a more intimate function and/or events. I think they’ve even had at least one proposal planned on this location :-)“

“I was there for Matt Dusk (lounge singer / jazz crooner). The show itself was amazing and beyond any expectations that I had. Perfect environment. Intimate setting. Sound was on point for a live jazz event. Food was really good. Menu options weren't "vegetarian"...but definitely more plant-focused. I did the 3-course "chef menu" where you tell them any allergies or foods you hate...then the chef makes you whatever he feels like making. I'd do it again. What it lacked for in food selection, it more than made up for in the actual venue, atmosphere, sound, lighting, etc. Would 100% definitely return for another show.“

“Tried this place recently after the new change in ownership. Tacos are amazing! Each meat has a very different flavour and is cooked to perfection. Cooks were friendly and food was out fast. “I have been ordering from here for the last 15+ years. Lately the quality has massively decreased. I always order the veggie chow mein. The noodles are extremely dry and there is no flavour other than oil. I always request no mushrooms as I am allergic and no tofu. Lately they are ignoring this request, but it has never been a problem previously. I don't know what is going on, but prices have increased and quality is down.“

“I came out from Kelowna with my sister and to have a fun night at karaoke for my birthday. Even though we are pretty picky with food, this place nailed everything. My sister and I shared the clubhouse and the chicken cranberry flatbread and both were so incredibly good. The atmosphere and the people and the karaoke were all amazing. My only negative would be about the service. He was nice but was very fast when speaking to us, almost brushing us off. Even my one friend tried to order a drink twice and he would leave so fast he wouldn't even hear my friend try to order his drink. And then when I ordered another drink he forgot for a very long time and I had to remind him and I still watched him go around and do everything else for a while before finally bringing it to me. And it was just a shot. However it was also pretty busy and he did seem like they had him running around so i understand forgetting the drink for so long... I just think business shouldn't affect taking a second and paying attention to your customers when they are asking for things instead of brushing them off in a hurry.“

“I was there for my birthday and the server said I could take the free spaghetti and meatballs home if I wanted to. What a great idea because I ordered the half rack of ribs, chorizo sausage and a chicken breast basted in BBQ sauce with Caesar salad. Amazing!“
