I walked up there with a seven year old because it said that it was open until 12:00am on the website. We got there at 10:23pm and it was closed there was other people outside and the employee told us that they had closed. So the website is wrong they actually close at 10:00pm
Terrible customer service, staff are rude and have zero knowledge of the menu and Dairy Queen items. I was told I cannot have extra cheese for my poutine even though I was willing to pay (which is obvious and was stated many times). Don’t waste your time here. Garbage quality and customer service. Big waste of time.

I’m a huge fan of Dairy Queen but I’m not a huge fan of the way this location prepares their burgers. Since when do you microwave everything? Why is that a thing in your restaurant?
