How is this a regular onion rings? And a large fries? I've gone to other diary queen locations and the "large" fries is double the size...very disappointed and will not be returning to this location

Rats outside. Lots of garbage all around building. The door handles sticky and nasty stuff on the window and ground.

I grew up coming to this outlet around 1972 -1974. I was as young as 2 to 5 years old.I love seeing it still up and running.

I’m a huge fan of Dairy Queen but I’m not a huge fan of the way this location prepares their burgers. Since when do you microwave everything? Why is that a thing in your restaurant? I have given this location chance after chance just to be disappointed each time. It’s quite unfortunate that I’m looking for yet another DQ to satisfy my craving. I should have to eat a soggy bun or a cold chicken burger. They’re supposed to be either grilled or fried, no? The staff are super nice but when I asked why they’re using the microwave they have stated “that’s what we’re told to do” like what? Preparing uncooked food can lead to sickness in your customers. Please, take the time to properly train employees to cook the food you’re selling.

I walked up there with a seven year old because it said that it was open until 12:00am on the website. We got there at 10:23pm and it was closed there was other people outside and the employee told us that they had closed. So the website is wrong they actually close at 10:00pm

Terrible customer service, staff are rude and have zero knowledge of the menu and Dairy Queen items. I was told I cannot have extra cheese for my poutine even though I was willing to pay (which is obvious and was stated many times). Don’t waste your time here. Garbage quality and customer service. Big waste of time.

I was sooooo looking forward to a DQ dipped cone. Has a disappointing customer service and product experience. When your the only ones in the store and the employee doesn't have time for you, the service and product showed.

Customer service was horrible. I ordered frozen chocolate and it was delivered unfrozen plus there were no cream and toppings on it.

This location's business ethics is petty and highly questionable. It may seem so small that nobody cares, but people should know that this is what your business does.I visited this location today for lunch due to a promotion / coupon for a Stackhouse 1/3lb Cheeseburger Combo for $7.99.I was charged the combo, soda tax (misleading description on the receipt) and a paper bag (even though I was dining in when a bag is not needed). Overall, my total came out to $8.97 as per the receipt / picture. The cashier rings up the total and says "$9.00 please".I paid with a $10 bill and given a loonie back. While waiting, I realized that I may have been overcharged as I recalled the coupon was $7.99. With taxes, it can't add up to $9, can it? Technically, $8 plus 5% GST should be $8.40.So I asked the cashier for a receipt and mentioned that I think I was overcharged. While looking at the receipt, that's when I noticed I was charged for a "Single use Bag", as well as the "Combo PST 0.22" line. I didn't understand this at first, as it appears I'm being charged a tax, then getting taxed on the taxes. It wasn't until after I left that I realized this is the soda tax. They should re-word this to indicate it's the Soda Tax, as the line looks totally misleading.I was surprised to see the bag charge on the receipt. At no point in the conversation during ordering was I asked if I was dining in or ordering for take out.So I mentioned that I was dining in, and that she charged me for a bag that was totally unnecessary. She mentioned they only have a handful of dine-in food trays, so they went with charging everyone a bag instead. Then I noticed my change on the receipt. Yeah, I was shorted a nickel, by the cashier rounding down when she should have rounded up. Not that I care over a nickel, but this is skimming your customers.I went back to sit down to finish my lunch. Another older customer who was sitting in the restaurant came over to me and said he's a regular patron who visits almost daily, and not happy he's being charged a bag fee for dining in either. Then I looked around the dining room and everyone who was dining in had a bag. What a waste of paper bags and money being thrown away into the environment that is totally unnecessary. Give your dine-in customers a plastic dine-in food tray. Your restaurant had them before. So in summary:- "Combo PST 0.22" should be renamed "Soda Tax"; prevents your customers thinking they're being double taxed- Learn the rounding up / rounding down change; it's only been around for the past ten years, since 2013. This is not new.- Inform your customers they are being charged for a paper bag when necessary, rather than just charging it and saying nothing- Get more dine-in food trays for those who want to dine in; you've offered it before, and other locations / brands still offer it so why can't your business do it?Would I visit this location again? The petty skimming from rounding up / rounding down and paper bag charges for every customer regardless of dining in or taking out is wrong. I'll visit other DQ locations instead.

We always noticed this location has no customers and now we know why. We ordered 2 banana splits and the counter girl started to walk away after we paid but had not asked what toppings we wanted so my husband politely called her back to say what topping we wanted. She reacted very sharply and blamed my husband for not telling her ealier. When we recieved them all our bananas were black and bruisedWhen I took them out and asked for good ones the girl did not apologize and just gave me a full unpeeled banana to divide between the 2 banana splits. She was also sharp with the customers before and after us. Each time placing the blame on the customers and taking no accountable or being sympathic. We will NEVER return to this location and understand why it is usually empty. So much for trying to support a local business. Only gave 1 star so could give a review.

The service at this location was great before the new owners took over and hired new employees. They don't say hi or thank you and could care less about being friendly. This experience has happened three times in a row , so I no longer go there. The place is very dirty and the whole back parking lot has rats running around all the over flowing garbage bins
