The customer service is great because the employees have a good attitude and are eager to help customers. The food is also delicious and I haven't had any issues with ordering and food from this location. Overall great place to get some delicious fries, would recommend!
The last few times I have gotten poutines the gravy and fries are lukewarm and the cheese does not melt. Really disappointed and will have to think twice next time where to get a poutine from as there are many other option in the food court and surround area.

They accidentally charged us for poutine when we ordered fries. The fries were all little bits and not whole fries. The portion was small for the price. A&W has better fries in my opinion.
