By the time it came back to us, it was time to leave (we filled up on the pineapple chicken!)Chicken Wonton soup was good, the water had a funny after taste.December 2021:Well we decided to have Chinese food again from Green lettuce here in Surrey, hopeful that it would have been better. Sadly I arrived home I had two bags with two orders, what was supposed to be beef and mixed vegetables, turned out to be vegetables only; the other dish they got right and that was an eggplant with shrimp.It would be great if they could get their containers sorted. Each time I've been to this location I've had to do a clean up as the sauce comes out of each containers. When I called the restaurant to advise them if this, they expected I drive back to the restaurant to replace the food. I live about 32 minutes away from the restaurant, so I wasn't interested in doing this. I was advised to freeze the food and bring it in next time and they will make the food better. I'm not sure what they expected for us to eat in the meantime, defeating the whole purpose, of going to pick up take out for dinner.I don't recommend this restaurant at all.However if you want excellent haka Chinese food then go to the Green Lettuce in Vancouver. They are usually quite busy, but most definitely worth waiting when they are.October 2021:Not sure what happened to the quality of the food served this evening. The food was bland, a waste of $53!
