This place needs to be shut down or needs FoodSafeBC to investigate. The cashier took dirty crumpled gloves out of her pocket, toyed around wth it, with the same dirty hands that handled cash. Then she made the sandwich. Sneezed without covering. The workers have 0 competence on food safety. People like this should not be making your food. Can’t comment on the food itself but it was grossly smothered in sauce. Save your money and go elsewhere

Food was ok, but I chose not to tip, the cashier wouldn’t even look at me. Zero customer service. Very disappointing considering I paid $15.00plus for a food court sandwich.

I’ve never eaten at this chain before but after this meal I’ll definitely be back. I had pulled pork sandwich with Mac ‘n cheese on the side. Scrumptious!! Check out the chain and if you’re in the tswassen Mills mall food court go see them.

Nicely made smoked meat sandwich. I was able to eat the 2 quarted pickles. Lots of seats available in food court.

This place has gone downhill from what I remember 4 years ago. I ordered the Caesar salad with chicken. Portion size was maybe 3oz of chicken and 1 strip of bacon. They didn't toss the salad but gave me two plastic cups with dressing. This with a can of pop was just under $17. You think they could toss the salad for that price. Lettuce didn't seem fresh. Would not recommend spending money here with the amount of choices in the mall for food.

Such a bad vedge sandwichWhy even have that option when you cannot make one good. All I could taste was a dry bread with whole lot of sundried tomatoes and balsamic vinegar

By far the worst sandwich I've ever eaten. Chicken is rubbery and very low quality. Mayo isn't real mayo, bread is cold and falling apart. I got the Cajun chicken sandwich and it tasted nothing like Cajun at all, just of cheap chicken. And it was not cheap, almost $14 for that one "sandwich".

I don't know what non vegetarians would say about this place but for vegetarian options it is extremely bad. Like if you can't have taste in veg options it's better not to keep it on your menu and fool customers. I ordered Mac'n'chese it had a pungent taste like it was too old and a vedge sandwich which was nothing but a layer of arugula on it and the bread was also tasting pathetic.I was so tired, had a hectic day and wanted a good meal but this made me even more angry.Sorry but my experience was extremely awful. Total waste of my hard earned $17.50. I don't even feel like giving them 1 star, the rating from my side is NEGATIVE. ?????

Food court at Tsawwassen Mills locationGot 2 different types of chicken sandwiches, the chicken was worse than subway sandwiches. The bacon on my sandwich was the smallest/thinnest piece I have seen. For the price we expected more.Chicken was that processed type with fake grill marks, both sandwiches were slathered with too much mayo and old lettuce. We had both had lunch there a few years ago and it was great, but we will never return.

Had better food on an airplane. $14 for this mess. Chicken is spongy and feels fake and is tastless.

Chicken ceasar salad here is the best I have ever tasted anywhere! From hand made croutons, to just the right amount of dressing..

First and last time here. I ordered a blackened chicken Caesar sandwich and received a sandwich with one tiny leaf of romaine. I really wish they would have said that the chicken they use is not real breast but is actually processed and formed. Tasted like the spongy subway meat. About $15 for $5 value (and that’s with inflation).

I love sandwiches and had high hopes for Chachi's. The sandwiches on their menu sound delicious and I ended up going for the Cubano. The Cubano ended up being pretty mediocre. The sandwich size was okay but there was not much marinated pork. There was also way too much sauce so it was overpowering the taste of the other ingredients. I expected a bit more for a $15 sandwich. The service was fast though, there was no line up and the sandwich was made quickly.
