I visit Starbucks at least once daily, but it's the most disappointing store I've ever encountered.I ordered a Gingerbread No Whipped latte, but the cashier mistakenly rang up a Sugar Cookie Oat latte. (?!)When I noticed the error on the receipt, I quickly informed her that she had entered the wrong item. Surprisingly, she remained calm and assured me that she would inform the barista.After waiting for about 10 minutes, I inquired about my drink. To my dismay, they couldn't find a Gingerbread latte but instead had a Sugar Cookie Oat latte. I informed the barista once again and also addressed the cashier's mistake. They promised to prepare my drink immediately.This time, I received a Gingerbread Oat Chai, which further frustrated me. Despite repeating my order for a Gingerbread No Whipped latte multiple times to three different staff members, none of them seemed to pay attention. They assured me it would be fine, but none of them took it seriously.At this point, I expected my drink to be ready since I had already been waiting for 20 minutes. However, to my disappointment, they handed me a Gingerbread latte WITH whipped cream. I asked for the seventh time if anyone had taken note of my order.A barista simply scooped out the whipped cream without saying a word.The overall service was abysmal, and it's evident that the management of this store is terrible.

Ridiculous that they won't let you use the bathroom to pee.It was blocked off with mop buckets and wet floor signs. Just ridiculous! Never setting foot in there

This spot is hot, so many people are waiting for their drinks here. I got Pumpkin Spice Crème and it has such a fascinating taste. Wanna try more here☺️ The atmosphere is great but too many people here, so I gotta rate it as 4 starsParking: So many parking spots:) but ain’t sure if there will still be so many spots during busy hours?Kid-friendliness: So many parents bring their kids to this spot for their beautiful drinks, so do I. But better not to much coffee for kids:D! But for teens coffee is fair?

I was in this store yesterday morning & the staff went above & beyond to make sure our drinks were perfect and my niece got her very special birthday drink with cute birthday drawings on the lid. Her face when she received this drink will forever be etched in my memories!! Thank you to this amazing Starbucks team. It’s the little things that make the difference ❤️☕️

Ordered. White choc macademia and it was not creamy at all! Asked to remake and it was just like the first one - a watered down coffee! Very disappointed! The baristas were making those drinks so quickly- watched refreshers leaving with one strawberry in em! Slow down and put some care in your creations please. Drove back to Vancouver feeling LOW!
