I was in this store yesterday morning & the staff went above & beyond to make sure our drinks were perfect and my niece got her very special birthday drink with cute birthday drawings on the lid. Her face when she received this drink will forever be etched in my memories!! Thank you to this amazing Starbucks team. It’s the little things that make the difference ❤️☕️
They were not very well trained. They were overwhelmed by the small volume of business during our visit. Our order was wrong. The girl delivering the order to the counter argued the error. Eventually, she took it to her supervisor. All others relented and took some time to get the remake into queue.. 4 baristas and a supervisor a 15 minute rush was challenging. I finally received my remake after the line behind us cleared. Thus receiving my mocha Frappuccino for $1.00 less .
