Some of the staff members are not helpfull at all. (even some of the managers.) Having used the Wends APP. on more than one occasion they will not honor the coupons and or points accumulated. this is Complaint #1. Complaint #2 is when asking for condiments. they protest and often claim you have to pay for them. Wendys Hot sauce meant for the chili. as an example. This Wendy's location is not good compared to other locations. The cashier wasn't trained well enough to take orders. They got my order wrong and failed to properly scan my membership for rewards. The food did not come out fresh.
