I'm not expecting anything other than mediocrity at a fast food restaurant. My review has nothing to do with unrealistic expectations. I live in the neighborhood and have come here a handful of times for my husband. I'm not kidding when I say EVERY time I come here the food needs to be prepared and they ask me to park and wait, no matter what I order. 1 burger combo? Park and wait. Chicken nuggets and fries? Park and wait. Weird. The worst part is 2 of the 4 times total I've been there after parking and waiting, there was food missing and I had to go inside to retrieve it. I'm not sure why this particular location is like this, but it's the worst location I've ever ordered from.

Didn't expect much from service, but they forgot part of my order, I went back through the drive thru to retrieve it, then realised they forgot the potatoes as well, had to drive through again. I had asked for receipt which of course they forgot as well, but didn't want to drive through a third time. They were not apologetic or friendly.

I assume the Mr owner already noticed loss in sales. That manager needs to be removed, so disgusted from everything that im not even going to get in detail because then i will need to write a essay.

Unbelievable...ordered a combo for $12.89 & had a $2off code from the app...lady scanned my phone and then told me total was $16? I asked what about my $2 off and she couldn't even answer me...just said "you get points on app". After all that, forgot to give me my drink...had to park and go inside...super poor service.
Some of the staff members are not helpfull at all. (even some of the managers.) Having used the Wends APP. on more than one occasion they will not honor the coupons and or points accumulated. this is Complaint #1. Complaint #2 is when asking for condiments. they protest and often claim you have to pay for them. Wendys Hot sauce meant for the chili. as an example. This Wendys is certainly not a hallmark store for the organization. If it were not for the fact I typically enjoy Wendys food And the next nearest Wendys to me is over 20 miles away I would not ever agin visit this location. fwiw I have visited this Wendys more than 50 times in a calander year. (Some of the staff are exemplary employees ) YMMV . Patron beware!@ my 2 cents.

This Wendy's location is not good compared to other locations. The cashier wasn't trained well enough to take orders. They got my order wrong and failed to properly scan my membership for rewards. The food did not come out fresh.

How hard is it to make sure that the food the customer asked for is ACTUALLY given to them. Ordered a wrap, fries and water. Only got fries and water……Great, that’ll help me survive my 8 hour labour shift ???
