Staff told me I could get a refund for an item I purchased if I brought it back, even if I opened it. When I brought it back they wouldn't issue a refund despite the item being in perfect condition.

Of all 7-Elevens, this location is kept super clean and shelves are always stocked. The staff are kind and helpful, too. I can always find the things I need when I'm on the go due to their broad selection of snacks and even medicine/toiletries.

Won’t accept cash, which I didn’t think was legal.
Accepted Skip order and called me after 40 minutes telling me they cannot fulfill the order because the machine has been broken. If the machine was broken why was the order accepted in the first place?

Ordered through their app. It was estimated to take 30 minutes and instead it took 1.5 hours. Items were missing as well as items provided were incorrect. Hot foods were long cooled and the yogurts melted. The number provided to contact the driver was inactive and 7-11 customer service was impotent. The upside is it can't be any worse. But maybe they'll find a way.....
