Delicious cinnamon buns and great drink selection with many milk alternatives to choose from. Nice atmosphere too!
This is a fabulous place for coffee and the BEST cinnamon buns with frosting that I have ever been in on my travels around the world! If you love coffee and have a sweet tooth (don’t we all) you absolutely must drop by on the way to the beach! You won’t be disappointed!

The best cinnamon buns in the Lower Mainland. The cinnamon is decedently thick & sticky. I wish there was a Grounds for Coffee in South Surrey because I would be a frequent customer.
