Seriously the most refined Indian cuisine cafe style I've had since I left Uganda. Vancouver has it's own taste of East Africa. Multilayered flavours that devote more to artistry than merely heat and garam masala from a jar, here though each dish has its own distinctive flavour and texture. Everything is sublime.
