This was the best hot chocolate that I've had since we traveled to Belgium. It's not overly sweet, but extremely flavorful and you can tell the chocolate is extremely high-quality. The lady working that day was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of hot chocolates and trust me,I asked a lot of questions.

One of my favourite places in the city. Their hot chocolates are unique and so flavourful. The preparation can be rather slow as the drinks are intricate but it is well worth the wait. Weekend hot chocolate flights are fun, too. The hand-made chocolates are all very tasty. One of the best places to go during the Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival, as well.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian and there are lots of vegan options and modifications.

I was blown away with how rich and delicious the hot chocolate tastes. We tried one of the dark chocolate and white chocolate. I’m someone that doesn’t enjoy bitter chocolates but this was tasty, decadent and not too sweet. Service is great they gave suggestions on what is popular and what to try based on your personal tastes. Definetely will come back to try the rest of the menu

A fabulous hidden gem. Quiet for now but I expect as word spreads this won't stay hidden for long. We ordered the raspberry brownie, Lyric & Dagger, Nd their Authentic Hot Chocolate. All delicious and would happily order those again, but the Lyric & Dagger especially was both unique and delicious.

We found Koko Monk during the Hot Chocolate festival. Their creations were the most interesting we've had! So exotic and spicy, loved both the flavors we tasted! We will come back next year to try the ones we missed. The white chocolate one was like drinking a scrumptious apple pie, it was just fantastic!We've been coming back to try out their other regular hot chocolates ever since! And their chocolates are now a staple at home!

After learning about the recent hot chocolate festival, I’ve made it a point to visit as many participating businesses as I can. I must say that yours was the best I’ve had.The two servers were warm, friendly and informative. One of them, (I believe from Turkey), highly recommended the passion fruit hot chocolate. I ordered it to-go but the first sip made me sit and savour the whole thing.I’m eager to return to try the curry hot chocolate. Excellent!
