A reasonably priced place with a large drink menu, no wonder this place is packed at night. Their pearls have a nice texture and subtle brown sugar flavor. The only downside is that it's cash only. They have weekly specials that change every Wednesday. Fast and efficient service, albeit not the friendliest. Free street parking available.

Don't know how the juices and other food taste, but the ice cream was not good, mango, Ube, cheesecake and vanilla all tasted the same and we waited for 15 minyto get 2 scoops on a cone for $17.

The owners are very very hard working. They rarely take a day off and I've been a loyal customer since I was 16 at their original location on Fraser street across from John Oliver high school. They raised 2 kids and work long hours everyday. They also own the laundry mat next door. They have daily specials posted on their chalk board outside that attracts crowds daily, even during the winter months. But if you’re a fan of ice cream or cheese cake bubble teas this is the place. My personal favourite is their green tea ice cream with coconut jelly. They have a small dine in area and tv. You’ll see a lot of young students here.

Something’s changed with the quality or taste of their drink, particularly their Oreo Matcha cheesecake. My boyfriend and I used to be a fan, in fact repeat customers. We always ordered their Oreo or Kitkat Matcha Cheesecake. It used to taste really good, no ice chips/chunks at all, and very flavourful. But during our last 2 visits, it just tasted very bland and icy. We can barely taste any matcha. After the first instance, we thought to give it another chance but unfortunately still the same icy and bland taste. So sad and disappointing as this was our go-to place.

Some staff are dishonest about the special.Works out to be 7.88 after tax for a large drink. It is not my first time visiting for the special.Sometimes I get charged for 6.30 (Proper Price) sometimes I get charged for 6.83 (For the suppose free topping of pearls)

This place is known for relatively inexpensive bubble teas. Quality is pretty good, with a lot of options and generous portions if you get a large. Some of the varieties (ice cream bubble teas, etc) are extremely filling. Service is generally decent. You'll probably want to get your order to go, as the seating area is rather spartan and the premises is quite loud (bubble tea machines, blenders, etc). Keep in mind that prices have risen (it's now $6 for a large, $5). This is understandable given inflation but it's not as much of a discount as it used to be.

Worstest staff ever! Can never see a rude person as the the lady who takes order with the face mask.Ordered for dine-in but they made the order for To-go. When asked, she replied as *doesn’t matter* and didn’t even offer a plate or cared to change it. I mean like seriously???? This is how you guys serve peopl??? U expect us to do your job??Never coming back to this place.

Good food at a good price. The bubble tea reminded me of my childhood which I loved, the fried chicken was also very flavourful served with some Costco style fries and the strawberry waffle pleasantly surprised me with fresh fruit as supposed to strawberry syrup. It was a bit cold inside the restaurant tho so if ur going in winter wear a jacket

Decent and dumpy looking bubble tea shop on Kingsway. Parking is available on the side streets, as well as metered spots in front. The place is defintiely beaten up. Reminds me of a bathroom, with all the tiles on the wall. There is a red and white section - this is from back when the place was a Megabite pizza shop. Staff were friendly and helpful. The place has a large dedicated real fruit drink section, which is worth a special mention. Dare I say it - is this the Dragon Ball of the Joyce area? The drinks definitely taste like it. Awesome. This is one of my go to spots for bubble tea going forward. Recommended.

I used to go all the time because was my favorite place, but something has change, the lady who take the orders use to be a super sweet lady, and now there,'s one woman who barely say hello and super rude.Really sad, but I'm not coming back

Its loud but understandable considering the venue, and the type of Boba they make. Great selection, they use real fruit so it doesnt taste fake! Its absolutely delicious and the combinations you can make are endless. We found out about this place through Uber Eats but its much better to go in person. The selection is so much better, and the prices are better. So worth it if you Bubble tea.
