The owners are very very hard working. They rarely take a day off and I've been a loyal customer since I was 16 at their original location on Fraser street across from John Oliver high school. They raised 2 kids and work long hours everyday. They also own the laundry mat next door.They have daily specials posted on their chalk board outside that attracts crowds daily, even during the winter months. This place is known for relatively inexpensive bubble teas. Quality is pretty good, with a lot of options and generous portions if you get a large. Some of the varieties (ice cream bubble teas, etc) are extremely filling. Service is generally decent.You'll probably want to get your order to go, as the seating area is rather spartan and the premises is quite loud (bubble tea machines, blenders, etc). A reasonably priced place with a large drink menu, no wonder this place is packed at night. Their pearls have a nice texture and subtle brown sugar flavor. The only downside is that it's cash only. They have weekly specials that change every Wednesday. Fast and efficient service, albeit not the friendliest. Free street parking available.
