Simply put, some of the best shawarmas we’ve ever had. The chicken was tender, the falafel spot on, deep fried to perfection and so were the French fries. Considering the warm and prompt service, other visits to this hidden Kitsilano secret are warranted!

The food here is fairly decent, with a friendly staff. I opted for the chicken shawarma, which, unfortunately, fell a bit short in terms of flavor, as did the accompanying rice. However, the chicken did feature some delightfully crispy parts which were a nice touch. In comparison to other donair restaurants I've visited, I found that the sauces here also lacked in flavour.

Mr Falafel is our go-to neighborhood food spot whenever we need a quick bite that we know will also be delicious and has good nutrition.
Oh man… so goood. Those who’s into Lebanese / Mediterranean food have to come check it out it. Let support this local small business!!! It’s a no frills establishment.. reasonable prices and nice people .Vegetarian options: Offers vegi platter, and saladsParking: Depends on the time of day. It’s a very busy little strip mall .

Of an estimated 15,000 Middle Eastern restaurants in North America, Mr. Falafel is by far the best.
Been coming here on-and-off for more than 10 years ... they used to be MacFalafel, if I remember correctly.Food is excellent, fresh, clean and fairly priced. However, they have changed the serving format, toppings and pricing for toppings over the years. You used to watch them make your shawarma through clear glass and point to the various toppings you wanted (ala Subway).Since then, toppings like hot banana peppers, pickled turnips/beats are missing, and they now charge extra for tabbuleh.Still, food is very good and we continue to go back. It's better to take out, as the last time we were there, looked more like a storage facility than a restaurant.Vegetarian options: Grilled veggie wrap is excellent!

I had a falafel wrap and lentil. Both were excellent. Great taste and the food stayed hot for as long as it took me to finish. I'll be back.
