A great place for a late night snack, a simple bowl of beef pho is great. The soup tastes authentic and has good acidity. The service is average, just normal. The price is not too high, I recommend it to everyone!!

NEVER AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. If I could give 0 starts I would. She brought us out tea and we kindly asked her if we could have water as well. She said we could have one or the other. We asked if we could have both and she gave us the dirtiest look. We usually go to the other location on Main Street and we love it there. I would recommend you to walk the extra 10 min and go to the other location. So disappointed

I was on main st and decided to get shrimp salad rolls from this place and I was excited to try it. Unfortunately I have to say they were hands down the worst shrimp salad rolls I’ve ever had in Vancouver. They overstuff them with mainly noodle and iceberg shredded lettuce. They charge higher prices but you do get two.

Super salty broth service was bad, I was only person in there. And I was told pay extra for chicken balls, when beef balls are more expensive lol honestly not coming back here. Not to mention a small bowl of pho is $15.50 ?

Solid 3/10 food. Had the lemon grass chicken and it tasted like it was boiled, thrown on a flat top to brown it for effect, then kept in a warming tray since morning. Served with enough plain white rice to feed all of Asia.
This place gave me terrible stomach problems for the rest of the day . Would not recommend, you can find better in Vancouver .

Ordered a small pho today and asked to add beef tripe with my pho. When I see the bill, well, didn’t expect to pay an extra $8 for just a tiny portion of tripe. $25 for a small size pho is way too pricey. Also the place is not clean.
