Originally, I came to Olympic Village for another restaurant, but it was closed, and this was the next choice besides Japanese. The dining room was dead. Just 1 table occupied.No free parking in or that near Olympic Village, unless you walk more than 2 blocks from the south side of 2nd Ave, like 3rd or 4th.Service was sparse as it seems maybe family-run, and when business is dead, maybe only 1 out front and 1 in the back. A great place for a late night snack, a simple bowl of beef pho is great. The soup tastes authentic and has good acidity. The service is average, just normal. The price is not too high, I recommend it to everyone!!
