This review saddens me as this is the only Quiznos that I can easily go to; love the food and brings back a lot of good memories. Went to this location for a lunch catch up during work hours with a friend. The cashier (manager?) made a lot of jokes that made us quite uncomfortable (one of which was quite inappropriate and offensive). I can appreciate that he is trying to be funny and a lot of comments below love his humor; but at the end of the day, this is a location in a financial district and we were just trying to have a nice catch up at a sandwich shop, not a bar. As much as I love the food, I don't think I will ever go back.

I’m not one to do reviews but couldn’t help to because of how bad the customer service was. The worker couldn’t seem to get our sandwiches right didn’t understand what we’re asking for made several mistakes I didn’t even eat it from how careless with was made didn’t end up going back asking for a refund because another staff caught an attitude while I was paying because I didn’t tip. For it’s only location in downtown you would think for some of a decent service even though it’s fast food.

Shockingly good. I thought Quizno's was dead in Canada as a brand but this one has somehow hung on and kept going, and for good reason -- the food is still good! Honey bacon club is my go-to.

I haven't been to quiznos in years. And now I am lost as to why. The sandwiches have that perfect toasty taste I remembered. And from the moment I walked in, Jay and the rest of the staff were upbeat and amazing ! Will definitely be back now that I am craving them subs again.

The guy charges 25$ cash in the name of bag locker for half and hour. Total rip off to the clients coming to US consulate. He takes advantage of people and try to exploit them as much as he can because the restaurant is not running well.

I was happy to find a Quiznos so close to the hotel that I was staying at. It's a nice location too. The man working there was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and well organized. I had my sandwich made in no time too. The only thing holding the review back from the 5 star review was that on both occasions that I went there, I asked for double meat on my sandwich. It definitely didn't look like double meat. The second time I asked for no onions and mushrooms on my sandwich. They were on it anyway. Also, the ice dispenser for the fountain drinks had no ice in it. These aren't big problems. Just something to improve on. I would definitely go back. I'd just keep an eye on when my sandwich was being made. Good environment, good sandwiches. Thanks.

For the past little while, I have noticed that the quality has been going down hill here. Various times the meat has been chewy and today my sandwich wasn't even toasted. Wouldn't normally rate it like this, but there have been several times where the sandwich was subpar.

Excellent service Jay was very welcoming along with his staff members. As my first try in Quiznos the quality of the sandwich was truly amazing. The peppers which you all serve along complemented the taste. Is truly a good place to have fresh quality sandwiches.
