One of the most consistent and reliable options for takeout if you work downtown. The eggplant bowl is very well done as it has a nice silky texture which can be hard to achieve and it’s complemented perfectly by the chili garlic sauce. I would recommend the roast beef bowl over the steak as it’s more tender. A small hole in the wall takeout restaurant, this place was quite busy on Friday at 11am, at the time of opening. I ordered the roast beef bowl and I enjoyed every bite! They were generous with the rib-eye beef portion, and the beef was very soft, almost too soft. The caramelized onion sauce complimented the beef and worked well with the white sauce and rice.
