“Cheese Louise, finally a good pizza joint in V-Dot... it's 'bout GD thyme! This sweet new spot draws on local colours and ingredients, blended with tradition and class. The menu is as easy to digest as the dough, (which, by the way, ferments over 18 hrs and therefore does all the heavy lifting for your microbiome). It's called sourdough. You're welcome. The pizza oven is super legit and burns as hot as this review, cooking that beautiful creation in 90 smouldering seconds. Speaking of seconds, you'll want some, so be hungry. And be thirsty! Perfectly balanced cocktails are served up with a smile and a local twist on some traditional favourites. Want blueberries and pine needles in yer drank? You bet. I'll probably just start forwarding Masiero 10% of my pay 'cause I'll be back. Often. But don't worry, the prices are fair. Don't confuse cost with value, young Jedi. They will know my name, but I won't scribble my initials on the tables 'cause the decor is on point and the atmosphere is fire.”

Over all it is an amazing restaurant! We all suggest to order: gyoza, honey garlic Korean fried chicken, spring rolls, tempura prawns and yam, and edamame beans, they all are starters and we did share between four people. We do suggest and will go back. :)”

How can you object to FREE DELIVERY (with $25) The pizza is tasty, satisfying, and leaves a happy tummy 😂. We haven’t wavered much from The Lot pizza (100/10 - but no olives or chili flakes … sorry) We recently got the simple ham + pineapple for our toddler who isn’t as adventurous and were just as impressed even with the simplicity of it - toddler approved! The XL pizza is MASSIVE and adventurous but we love us some leftover pizza! Anyway, incase my point wasn’t expressed we do Highly Recommend!!!! And are Highly looking forward to pizza Friday 😆🤪”

Not only did Arielle behave as though that was only to be expected she did not make us feel uncomfortable about our multiple requests. Each time she stopped at the table it was like we were interacting with a favorite niece. Of course the food was great, it always is.”

The Animal IPA, tried by two of us, was one of the best we have had in a long time, and all the Happy Hour featured appetizers we tried and shared were original, well-spiced, and very tasty. Service was excellent, food was very tasty, the decor and seating/table was very comfortable and cozy. The order arrived quickly considering the quality and quantity on the plates and in the bowls. The hostess and servers were polite, efficient and well-groomed. Price was comparable to Cactus Club, although the food just as flavourful, it seemed more substantial, and the dining experience made it all worthwhile. It is our go-to dining place now.”

“Honestly, this has been my go to Chinese food spot for a long time. It’s a staple for me. That said, I did reduce a star because lately my Monday or Tuesday takeout orders sometimes feel like reheats from the buffet rather than freshly made. I’d say about half the time it tastes freshly prepared, and the other half it seems like it’s been sitting.

The quality and flavour are still good, which is why I keep coming back. It might just be a matter of volume or how things are stocked early in the week, but tightening up the timing on freshness would make a big difference.

Still a solid spot overall, just hoping for a bit more consistency.

Buffet is where it's at 6/5 rating.”

The Wednesday 13$ burger and glass of beer is a great deal and burgers are always good Sometimes service is outstanding other times its "hey does anyone work here" so for reasons unknown good service seems hit and miss at times ;; I go to LHP for just beers as 20 ounce pint not 18 like kal is still $5.50 dont go as often as we use to”

“I am lucky enough to live in Vernon, making Sparkling Hill Resort & Spa a favorite local destination that feels like a getaway. I have stayed there for both personal and business reasons, and every stay has always been exactly what I needed, to leave feeling refreshed. Personally, my favorite things are the deep tubs equipped in the rooms, with a ceiling to floor view of the rolling Okanagan landscapes. The beds are comfy enough to not want to leave your room but the amenities will be enough motivation to get you out the door. The array of different saunas is something I have never experienced anywhere else before, and the gorgeous pool that goes from inside to outside, is my favorite place to spend my moments right until checkout. I've had the pleasure of taking advantage of their spa and massage services, as well, and their friendly, knowledgeable staff made it a great experience. After the spa and pool are closed, you don't need to go far to get delicious food from multiple locations inside the resort, and all of them should be on your to-do-list. As a business owner, it's always been a pleasure to work with the resort staff, who are always accommodating and willing to help. And I love using the beautiful location as a backdrop for my photography clients. Between private photoshoots in the rooms, to surprise proposals on the trails, I've done it all over the past decade. I always encourage clients that are visiting from out of town, to use the resort as their photoshoot location. It has it all and I always keep the privacy of other resort guests at the forefront of my mind when setting up angles, which is of utmost importance to the resort staff. This is the best quality tea, best price, and so much care is put into each and every package! I ordered a tea advent this year and opened Day number 5 this morning to find an orgami bird waiting for me inside, alongside my delicious Island Mango tea. I said to husband she better change her gloves. NOPE!!! Continued with dirty gloves and spread our onions on fries and tomatoes. GROSS. I wanted to say something but he was embarrassed. Said leave a review on line. So here I am leaving a review. PLEASE review proper food handling with these workers. I totally support cash but not on my food. Cash is very dirty always has been.”

Windows, floors dirty ants crawling and eating crumbs under the tables. We had fun playing games with kids. But atmosphere is not the same anymore. It's April 10th. New owner keeps Christmas decorations on the counter... New barista girl didn't smile, looks overwhelmed. So sad that place lost it's vibe... Please improve”

“We only ate the breakfast there which is included with the room rate, thankfully. Service from Brandi was excellent and the view is AMAZING. The food is ok - I wouldn't have been happy to be charged $35/pp for it. The portions are a little small and any of the extras are quite pricey - a plain latte for $7!! Worse than Starbucks.”
