Pickup easy and on time. Staff friendly. Had Tempura, Chicken Don and Korean BBQ. Large portions (2 large portions in each container). Veggies perfectly cooked. Rice to veggies and meat proportions spot on. Each dish was delicious. I’ve had Korean BBQ all over the world and they nailed the flavor. Definitely added to eat out/take out list.

Bamboo Beach is still doing just takeout but they seem to be busy. Staying with a relative at Predator Ridge we ordered the spring rolls and the test appetizer as well as a Korean beef and vegetable don and a beef yakisoba. Everything was fresh and tasty--my only very slight issue was that it could have been a bit more spicy but of course that's an individual thing. We enjoyed a full dinner and still had enough left for another almost full meal the next day! Prices for the amount of food were very good.

We tried Bamboo Beach for the first time this week for lunch take out. It was really good. The bowls, burgers, and special were delicious. Will definitely try them again in the near future

BB has the best, most tasty food. The "fusion" label doesn't do it justice. Yuki and Amanda and their crew create amazing fresh, flavorful, beautiful dishes. We've been ordering take-out from them as much as possible until we moved further away. Amanda's pie crusts are the best! The savory Thai Chicken pie and Japanese Beef Curry pie are must-haves for our home freezer. We just love Bamboo Beach. Have never been disappointed. It's a true gem, tucked away in a humble store front on the main shopping street in Vernon. Worth seeking out!

We had take-out for four people. Rice Bowl, full rack of ribs, and two salmon burgers. The rice bowl and ribs were a hit. The salmon burgers were okay, but not something we'd order again. Staff were friendly and food was hot. No dine in available at this time.

First time my husband and i tried this restaurant i ordered steak. The steak was so thin, like 1/4 inch thick. It was terrible. .I didn’t complain. Much later we decided to give it another try. I ordered black cod. It was just as disappointing as the steak. I got 3 small pieces of cod, which looked like scraps.This time i complained to the waitress and nothing was done about it. But after we had finished eating the owner came to listen to my complaint. All she did was give me a complimentary dessert. I will never go back there again. They don’t seem to take care of there customers when there’s complaints..

Outstanding. Food that is an artistic masterpiece on the plate, and flavor that will make your taste buds dance! My first choice when it comes to picking a location for food in Vernon. Appreciating the pick up service they are providing during these pandemic times, and cannot wait until sit down is offered again. HIGHLY recommend eating here.

This is our favourite restaurant in Vernon. But with Covid they are shut for normal business. Instead they have developed a good and reasonable take out selection. The ribs are great and the tuna on a bed of rice very good. It isn’t much fun running a restaurant with no sit down trade, but they are doing a great alternative.
